As an integrative therapist I take a pluralistic perspective meaning the therapy varies to some extent depending on the particular needs of each person. I have a broad and varied training background and have come to realise that all contemporary approaches recognise the centrality of the therapeutic relationship. My main theoretical interests centre around the most informative relational approaches, including: Relational Psychoanalytic therapy, Dialogical therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy.
