Sometimes we need help to face certain problems, challenges or difficulties in life.

Psychotherapy is a “talking therapy” that makes use of the therapeutic relationship to support, challenge, and increase awareness of what’s going on for us, and our relationships with others – ¬†ultimately to live more satisfying lives, more fully in the present.

I work with a range of different problems and have a broad training and professional background.
